Nice going Edd, are you using the EZshims?

Was told there quite good, and ez to set up, hence name etc, but you can get similar results from washers also.

I was very pissed off about but probably came across as a ASW about it, I'm calm about it now not like it's on a spot weld or anything, will get sorted as soon as I have it on the road when the arch and Zender front spoiler is done

When I cleaned the inside it was spotless before I applied the Epoxy mastic paint. Has it broken through or is it under the paint?

Bout a spot that's as big as a 20p coin

Painter mate says in his experience it looks like something has contaminated the primer, I would suspect some form of fcuk up from SPL tbh as I couldn't imagine Ade making as mess of it

He said he'll need to take it back to metal to get rid, but as the paint is newish spotting it in will be ok

Thing is it's only appeared over the last 4/5 months rust, or whatever it is hasn't come through just bubbling under paint

I'm cool about it tho, wasnt when I found it tho

Hope its not rust, cant think it would be as the metal was spotless before I Epoxy'd it. Outside was fine before Ade painted it, he only put a few fine skims of filler on due to a couple of very light dents. Whether its any of that or not.

£39ish, I know you can get ones from Rally Design well cheap, but as with the Flo-Flex ones cheap means crap IMO

Off to do a bit of work on it now and get a pic of the roof
