Looking well smart mate, as for the bonnet gap, considering it's a FG bonnet that gap is nice, and possibly a good thing, as it could flex at speed and lift IF there was a BIGGER gap!

And for the grill to wing issues, are these the same wings, or new/other one's etc?
When i had mine painted i forgot to place them on the car for fit first, your meant to fit them and adjust the gap using the part that attached to the grill, bend them to suit etc before spray, as i didn't i had the same issue, so i got some sharp wire cutters (and type of sharp cutters will do) and i just gently trimmed the one end of my grill till it didn't touch/rub on the wing corner etc.

As for bumpers they'll be fine B2B'd etc, don't waste dosh painting them IMO.

Them wheels are they Cesaro's? we all have them now!

Looking really good now ,mate, cant wait to see it.

Good point on the bonnet gap I'll leave it. Very limited mockup on the wings unfortunately, just checked door and bonnet gaps but not headlights and grille. I did think about trimming the grille down but it's a miami blue one painted white so didn't fancy having to touch that up. Meh it'll do for now...

Cesaros, how dare you! They're Revolution Millenium wheels

Trust me you could nibble the end of the grill down gently with some cutters, and then just use some touch up paint on it..

Oh didn't know you had any fancy wheels for it mate, ebay bargain??

Can you still buy them etc?

I'll attack the grille in the future, for now it's on and good enough for an MOT so I'm happy

Not really a bargain just liked them and got them, from Eurorallye a while back. Pretty uncommon wheel to be seen on Novas (from what I've seen on here) despite good fitment

Think i looked for them a while back, as i thought about getting some 6 spoke MO's for mine, but opted to save money and use Cesaro's

ECU mounted nicely on the dashboard, door bar in place and washer bag fitted and plumbed in:

Next up the stripped thread, ran a tap down it:

And a threaded insert to take it back to M6:

Job's a goodun, proper fix wasn't nearly as difficult as I thought it would be:

Heater blower hole blank made from a piece of steel with a rubber edging to hopefully keep the water out:

Belt cover and air filter on, it's a tight squeeze on the filter but oh well. That front-most allen bolt for the cover is a right pain too!

    One finished engine bay:
