i have only just registered on ebay and got this email 3 times

iirc, ebay dont ask you for your card details

check your internal ebay messages, what ever they send you in an email will be on there anyway

I got one before, but like everything serious, I just leave it till they start sending more serious stuff, the emails never continued, so every things ok

For future reference, hover over the link to see where it takes you. In this case it wasn't ebay, even though the address looked vaguely ebay-ish.
