Not exactly, there are 2 6 month periods with the regs,

01 would have ran from March 01 to September 01, 51 would have ran from September 01 through to March 02.

If was my car, and you wanted a dealer sticker, I'd find one within the area it was registered and throw it on, who is going to know the difference!!

Was only using that as an example really, same thing applies for each year.

ive townparks on it at the minute as it came to me with their number plates on so must of went through it at some stage. i think but they dont have a peroid one
