The other two parts are elsewhere. He was damned lucky the Mustang didn't run him over (thats his body sliding across the road in front of the 'stang!)
[edit] Makes you wonder if he was doing it on purpose. He'd only just had his collar felt for drug/alcohol possession, although at the time he wasn't under the influence an hour had passed between the two events (release and crash). Notice the brakes don't activate on the Firebird until he's in the air, which to me indicates either mechanical failure, drug/alcohol influence, or purposeful intent.
