Strutbrace To Fit With SPI Airpan ?

Is there any strutbrace out there that either clears or goes round behind the standard Nova SPI pan filter ?

1.3sr OMP thing that goes up to the back of the bulkhead, first round XE powercaps so that'd be my first attempt, my omp straight one goes along the bulkhead too (I assume it's fitted the 'wrong' way round but it doesn't clear the E16 inlet otherwise)

Theres a larger clearance with a carb airpan than the SPI airpan...

So what are you looking for, one that's labelled as a 1.2spi strut brace? Never been made afaik. So you'll have to make do with seeing if the most suitable braces will fit, or make one yourself.

Just wondered also if anyone else had got one to fit without fitting a Corsa SPI Intake ?

i fitted one from my 1.3 sr onto a spi and it sat rather close so i done some light surgery.

Yes I'm looking for one like Sharon's but between my SPI airpan and the bulkhead I don't think theres room for a strutbrace...

What light surgery was needed then ?
