yeah I'm well pleased with this new welder, same model as the one I was using before but so much more user-friendly, need a lighter shade for my mask though because I can only just see the weld through the one supplied.

Looking good mikey.. get you and your welder over to minenew pannel shall be on order soon...

Nice work there Mikey. Car is looking sweet and the rose jointed gear linkage is awsome. I might have a go at that my self, the play in mine is awful.
Hopefuly I'll have my engine bay looking as tidy as yours by the time I'm done with my project![]()

yet to do this ^, but the side to side movement is definately better than it was.The real problem point as most people will know is the central pivot bushes, I have come up with the idea of getting some nylon bar, and machining it to replicate the origionals, but I don't have a lathe and don'tknow how to use one anyway! But if anyone else does, and has some spare time, they might be able to earn a bit of money!

Aye, that welding looks pretty good mate, nicely sealed over etc. Hope you are waxoyling the inner of the chassis leg?

Might do,, maybe do it at the end of summer.
looking well
