Default Not so "BRITSH" airways fail

Ive got to take two cats to the airport tomorrow as there flying out vire B/A.
So we (me my mum) have spent most of today (only got the details yesterday)trying to get through to B/A to find were we need to bring the cats.
Every time we called B/A all you were getting was that there was a fault with the line and this has gone on all morning.
That leads us to the call we have just made to them only to find that the phone line are now working but dew to it being the season of Ramadam they are shut at 3.30.
How british is that for you.
Rant over bloody country has gone to pot.
