hi all, the end cap that bolts the crank in, what sealant do you use to 'seal' it , shown in picture where, also is it only the big crank seal that goes in there when its put back together? and is 60 lb of torque ok for the arp mains? cheers

Vauxhall ATV Sealant, awsome stuff, you need a mastic gun thingy for the tube...
just the seal yes, be carefull not to pinch it, i normally put a little bit of grease on the inside lip "crank face"
I never knew ARP made mains bolts >?, whats the part number ?
Standard Mains Bolts are..
Oil the threads, ikle bit of graphite grease under head,
Stage 1 - 37LB/FT ~ 50NM
Stage 2 - 40DEG - 50 DEG

tap the seal home after youve fitted the cap, or it wont seal properly.
