Going back to what phazer said, there's little doubt in my mind that that stuff is 90% cu and 10% Ni, which is fine, BUT i am almost certain the name Kunifer always used to apply to steel tube with copper plating, then nickel plating over the top-- the 'fer' standing for 'ferrous'. So i think the feller on ebay is using wrong name for it.
Ah well, you'll know by putting a magnet against it; Nickel is only very slightly magnetic and Steel is very much so!

It's definately not steel, it's not magnetic. I've always been led to believe the nickel copper stuff is called Kunifer.
Actually a quick google search confirms that everyone refers to 90/10 cu/nickel as Kunifer.
Cool. That's cleared that up then!
