just wanting to get her on the road this summer for minimum fuss then worry about carb jetting and everything til winter - i dont want to miss another summer of salooning guess i'll ring a local place and see if they can do a collection service etc does anyone know if day insurance covers cars with no mot etc?
dont see why it wont work mate, especially as its got manual choke, minimum hassles.
as long as you matched the manifold ports not far off using a gsi gasket for similarity, and the inlet was of a suitable size as to not restrict the airflow, woulda thought it would run fine, and sound prety good too. go for it i say.
all thats needed is the ports working, and possibly a plate manufacturing for the carbside to sit on the inlet, which u could make out of mdf or something for a template. throttle cable u might be able to use the manta one, and choke, im sure youll figure something out
