Its not fronting as you're not saying your dad is the main driver. It is however insurance fraud as you're saying your car is primarily stored at this location when its not. If your car gets nicked from outside your house, you'll have a hard time proving you always keep it at your parents place.
Insurance companies usually ask if the car is stored at your home address overnight, either that or they make the assumption your home address is the storage address.
