how the funk do you take a good picture of a christmas tree. ive been trying for about 10 mins now i cant get it right . the picture on the screen is lush then when click, completely different. tried all different frame rates and apature sizes, flash/no flash!!! getting annoyed

Do you want a shot of it lit up looking festive? Or just a shot that shows the tree in normal light?
