    Strip the paint off, then start sanding, 180, 320, 600, 800 1000, 1200. then get some polishing paste on there and workit in.

    Coscast head too! If you look at my project thread I have a frontera intercooler but had to cut bumper a bit and the front panel. It's not that noticable though!

    I know Andy Bishop and Keith Robinson have standard gsi fronts with their intercoolers, but there's were custom made jobbies iirc, designed to fit.
