you need to take a month off an get this finished
I've got next week off!
Its just money mate stopping me. I need the following to get it running in current guise...
Fuel tank,
Fuel pumps & reg
ECU
Springs
Windows
Ingntion system
hoses
new brakes (discs & pads)
Driveshafts
Buckets
Thats what I can think off for now. All the above are needed to go rwd anyway with the exception of the equal shafts which will easilly sell on. The hope is to be able to get a trackday in before end of autum then I can work on getting the porsche gear in over winter.
I can't work out what's going on there - what are the new plates for?Originally Posted by The Simps
Tubs look awesome though
To get nice straight line and clearance for the inside edge of the tubs you need to cut open the chassis legs and then re-plate them. The rear pic you can see that the chassis has been completely cut and now needs re-strengthening on the inside edge. Kinda like this....
Where the chassis has been removed (red) the exposed chassis needs re-plating and closing.
Very nice :D
