    Default rear strut brace

has anyone ever tried making their own rear strut brace? one of the welders i work with is s**t hot and says he can weld me up one using box steel. i have a rough idea of what dimensions and how i want it to be made, just wondered if anyone had tried? pics would be great

If your gonna make one, make it so it attatches to the actual body of the car and not the top of the shocks.

Why cant you unclip the carpet from the seat backs & avoid cutting it?
