What ones are we running and what do I steer clear of? Heard bad things about some 'direct fit' ones so before I spunk an obsene amount on one I'd like to know it's gonna last as I've head alot of them flex under heavy braking ect. thanks <3

Tilton 600 or something from AP.
Dont buy an OBP or a Compbrake one, they are rubbish.
Looked at the ap clutch and brake ones witch would leave me with a standard accelerator still, but have a feeling I'd have massively wonky pedals
I enquired about a tilton pedal box for mine but they don't offer any that keep the standard cable clutch operation. would mean converting to hydraulic. Craig see you run this? how was it to do?
I'd swap yo an f23 if I had to go hydro myself
you can also get hydo slave cylinders to operate the clutch arm if you want a slightly bodge hydraulic conversion.
MK1 escort pedal box converted to twin masters & hydraulic clutch ~ did the modification / fabrication on the box then redid the bulkhead to suit. IMO a good route because it retains the original pedal movement & placement; I still use the factory throttle pedal
Anything is possible, hydraulic is my preference though. Not difficult, just went to Vauxhall and bought the slave / feed then bolted it on. If you are looking at my build thread you probably only see my old OBP pedal box. I got rid of that and fitted the Tilton 600 recently.

I have an hockly direct fit, probably the best direct fit pedalbox on the market. it looks and feels pretty decent although hockly delivers them with OBP master cilinders nowadays, that is something I don't prefer! luckily I've got the girling master cilinders with my pedalbox.
I am going to sell my hockly pedalbox to go with the tilton 600 series, it's more expensive, it requires more work but it has more adjustability in the end!
