    Default Changing engine

    hello

I have a 1l nova, the engine is on its way out and i have a 1300 sr sitting, the car model is a "spin" when i go to insure it do i say its a 1300 or do i say its a 1l and under "modifications" say it has a "non standard engine change"?

How do i go about it?

    thanks

Its a 1L with a modification, declare the engine & any other mods for a specific quote. An insurer that covers modified vehicles ought to realise its not a huge engine anyway & place it/quote from a sensible grouping.
