small claims court. He will then stump up the cash (or have to travel 10hrs to your area to attend court, or face default and get a reaming)
WE (read that as PNG admin/mods) cant do anything to help.. as in the trader ruels etc etc we arent ebay, we cant/wont track dodgyness down once its occured etc. We can help prevent it from happening if given notice and thats about it. buyer beware and all that.
