New alternator not charging

Fitted this morning and only seeing 12.08v, anyone see what i've done wrong?

i dont have my haynes to hand

but i assume the little blue wire (crap pic) is the charge light wire. if so you need to check youve got a live feed to that when you turn the ignition on

Blue/white wire looks in the wrong place? Check earths

Do you have any better pics? There looks to be another terminal near to the main 12v one, that maybe for the blue/white wire?
IT should be marked D+ IIRC

Pretty sure there were only 2 connectors, i'll get to the meet then have a look, not like i have a stereo or need lights haha

does the blue and white wire not need to be on the terminal next to where the thick charging wire is. in the first pic you can see it under the exhaust stud
