1987 Vauxhall Nova Ski

Bought the car in October 2008 from a village in Lincolnshire. The car was driven occasionally by an old guy but was garaged most of its life. Then it was sold to another guy in the village who bought it for his daughter to learn to drive in but she didn't get round to learning so the car just sat in his garage for a while. As a result the car has only done 15k miles and was almost totally mint! I then purchased the car and drove it back to Cumbria where it sat in my garage for a couple of weeks before going in the bodyshop to have a few minor things touched up.

My original plans were to make it into a Nova Sport replica however after finding out the 'Ski' is a very very rare model, I've decided to leave it how it is for now and do a few other mod's instead.

Anyway, finally got the car back today and took some pics and I have to say I'm very happy with whats been done...















Front Valance had a few stone chips but is mint now...



All 4 arches have been rolled flat and undersealed...





Inside is like a time-warp...

Compomotive MO's refurbed in Polar White to match the car...







New centre caps and decals from Comp...

Almost new set of Goodyear Eagle F1's ready to be wrapped round them...



Gaz coilovers...



Mint set of Sport mirrors...



Brand New Headlamp Protectors...





Still looking out for a decent set of brakes (2.0L or V6) and then it's just a case of throwing it all on.
