I'm not so happy with sky. They stuck an extra 25 quid on my premium without any warning because THEY Forgot to tell the insurance company about my breakdown cover. Now my premium has gone up by 20% for moving house. My new place is not a high risk area and the Mrs only got charged 20 quid admin to change the astra on Sheila's wheels.

Don't think I will use them again.

Yep, apologies, one of my colleagues is going to get a rocket up them when they get back from lunch!

Got the 25 quid refunded for the mix up over breakdown cover, which has softened the blow of the price hike. So am a bit happier now.

    Thanks for the latest reply.

Just touching on the address change, we use our own area ratings, there is no set area rating which all insurers use. I can say that your previous address was about as low risk as it gets, whilst your new area is still fairly low risk, it has incurred a premium increase unfortunately.

    Thanks

21, 2 years NCB last time I checked

Ollie, how competitive are you for older, high NCB drivers? My Mum was involved in an accident recently and the after care was pretty crap compared to what I got from yourselves. Took me 40 minutes and 4 phone calls to arrange recovery!

    Hi,

criteria varies on what is presented to us, minimum criteria is age 19 or over with a full 2 years driving experience.

If you PM me your details, age, NCB level, postcode, vehicle, I can indicate whether we can help.

    Thanks

    Hi,

it depends more on the car, if it's a standard UK car it's not really our bag. If it is modified, import or high performance then it is.

    Thanks
