I do find going to the gym late helps me alot. I go at 7pm some days, for 2 hours. Quick protein rich dinner, really hot shower then bed. The heat plus muscle pain/work out really helps me crash to sleep quicker.
If you go back afew years and look at my posts on Mig most are 11pm till 4am kinda time. When i simply couldn't sleep..
I've had sleeping troubles for years, must admit since I've joined a gym I find I do sleep better.

Picked up this barge. 3.2 V6 with a printout of 214 BHP. Rear wheel steer with LSD :) lots of fun and noise :) bolted on Merc AMG alloys. Very happy now.

Just trial fitted my bottom arms and tie bars after fitting my custom cross member and it all sits perfectly happy days

We normally shut down for 2 weeks being building trade 19th-5th but I had a few holidays to use so I put an extra week in. I'm hoping the nova will be back so I can crack on with it.

Once every 5 years my 18 day break falls on Christmas tho lol

Not working from 31-11-2014 to 1-2-2015 :d , down side not getting paid over this time :cry:.
