Killed my self in the gym.
Followed a program on the treadmill that is for weight loss (i need it) that takes you up and down the incline as if you in the hills. I set a just under jogging speed and finished the program! at just one min over the pasted time! Which i'm very happy with, as i've never finished one before. Was 5k in total.
Then lifted heavy than i normally did and for more reps. Everything is aching but thats a good so i'm happy. Now for some nova fun in the sun....
top work mate keep it up!
Good job Bennnn! :thumb:
Just make sure you don't get a heart attack or something, that'd ruin your day at the gym.
Cheers Andy,
Niek lol thank you, i slow down when i get to going as really annoyingly i get out of breath fast.. Not sure why.. Well could be cause i'm a fatty.
Running out of breath is something that'll improve over time. Your body can only extract so much oxygen from the air you breathe, this gets better as you get to your heartbeat rate up more frequently. No worries.
Back in the day when I went to the gym, I was told that optimum heartbeat rate for burning calories (cardio training is what they call it) is 85 percent of 220 minus your age. So if you're 30, this works out at (220-30)*0.85 = 161.5 bpm. Is this rule still being used today?
Telling my current employer to ram the job up their rectum.
Starting a new one tomorrow.lol
How many times have I said to you Ben that I am more than happy to chase you around the back garden!
Just got My hands on a set of 6 dial clocks and a nice set or reclining corbeau buckets for the nova suffice to say I've a smile on my chops lol
