No pictures so don't shoot me down but I was in a Brabus rocket today and there bloody quick cars, anyway I was out with the guy who owns it and came up to a roundabout and a absolutely pristine F reg haze blue SR Nova went by... The owner of said Brabus said it was a rare sight and he'd been Novataken lol
Spent some time with my gear linkage; at long last getting the revisions to work properly.
Attacking the wifes favourite bush with shears and a saw. Told here it was too big!
12months ticket on the daily :)
Nova passed the mot!! I would say it went straight through but they failed it 1st for the headlamp alignment but done the work without asking which I'm more than fine with. I think il call that the 1st nova through 1st time!!
the weather its nice and sunny for a change
Noticing that my leg muscles are starting to get big again when i was in the shower this morning, and managing 42 mph on my mountain bike last night on a hill, with fat offroad tyres on too :d
Been speaking to my uncle, and he's asking if I want to emigrate to Western Australia and work offshore with him.
I have a lot of thinking to do.

i have never seen sweetcorn on a cake before but looks like a healthy option to get one of my 5 a day.
the traditional method is to use 2 pints of cider & 1 packet of cheese & onion crisps..
ps. the 5 a day thing has absolutely no basis in science, it was created as a marketing ploy in america to try to sell more veg.... it came over here & has been accepted as the troof by nearly everyone without a single scrap of evidence...a bit like the 8 glasses of water thing.. the bloke who came up with that also stated that most of the 8 glasses of water would be consumed with normal food & drink consumption....
Coffee.
Chocolate.
Applied for a position at McLaren.
Bed.
What if he was on about mclaren prams? Lol
Woking is expensive but Aldershot isn't too far and sensibly priced. :)
Oh and the 5 a day thing is bollocks, you need more like 8 portions a day. ;)
Finding out the reason i lost my epas/temp gauge/speedo and gained a battery warning light in the van last night, was not a second failed alternator, but merely the bracket bolting the old DTi ecu to the back of the inlet manifold had snapped, hence the ecu losing its earth connection and switching off!
Poorly broked van is not so poorly, and not so broked, happy spud is happy :d
Overtime is finally back on for me, about fcuking time!
The only decent paying ones are contracting, don't really fancy that right now.
Theres quite a lot going on at Torro Rosso/Red Bull but mostly working over in Italy. £22 p/h they offering, 50 hr week minimum over a 6 month contract. I know that Sunseeker yatchs have got shedloads going on aswell & I wouldn't mind living down in Portsmouth either so might look into that tbh.
There is very little about atm it seems, graduate options are even worse.
90% of what I'm looking at atm is OEM just to get into something relevant-ish.
