Yes it did actually Mike, not had any issues since tbh (touch wood) It fits well into the cut out, but hasn't once touched

decided to check over my engine loom and rewrap and of the tatty parts! plus used baby wipes to get rid of years of dirt and grime all over it :eek:

also tided up the wiper motor, didnt like the corrded brass look of the backing plate so its now black (what isnt lol)

was a quick and easy way to smarten it up lol, couldnt be arsed to mess about with it much more as hopefully i will find a diffrent motor as i hate seeing it there on show

How is it mangled? Thread looks fine tbh. Does a bolt go in ok? If it is knackered then a new inlet manifold is the easiest option imo
