Which wheels Edd?
Good idea to bin the wheels off imo.
My mate Mark dropped my new wheels of today
They are Ronal R8's, 14", 6J, ET 45, originally fitted to Audi 80 quattro
He had them 20 years so he's pleased to see the live on
Going to get them blasted and powdercoated grey to match the bumpers

Will look good I reckon, haven't seen a Nova on them before either
Oooooooooooooo now i like them! So glad you haven't just picked some boring rims everyone else has. Get it done.
Cheers Benn, hopefully drop them down later today to have them coated
More bits turned up

Going to mount it under passenger seat
I was always under the impression the Audi 80's were all 4x108. They will look good though once fitted. Is there a reason for going for the smaller battery or just neatness? You coming to Retro Rides gathering?
What amp size battery did you go for?
Liking the wheels. Very nice, and as Benn says not the usual ones!! :thumb:
Dry cell battery, loved the varly one I used to have on my old track car, there awesome, in the entire time I own the car due to it being isolated I never hat to charge it once! Pays for its self in the long run, best thing you will own.
Had a small delivery, all new and genuine

http://i499.photobucket.com/albums/r...S/DSC_0365.jpg
Glad I've sorted these bits, some as spares, indicators will be the first to go on as I've never been happy with the pattern ones
Next week I will actually do some work on the car, need to fit battery and MOT it ASAP
Where the **** did you sorce them hella indicators from, I've been trying to get a pair for the mk1 for years, but could only ever find the passenger side...
I could probably sort another set for you, they not that cheap tho, do you want me to find out for you?
Yeah, been trying to get a set of hella ones for years, but most only sell the kinby ones that are dark orange and don't match up to the wing ones or rear..
I let you know mate
Man.... you and a few others I know are really trying to clean out ocp aren't you! Think you need to pull some sick days for next years billing!!
Nick.
Awesome, certainly can't beat new genuine parts :thumb:
None of the stuff came from OCP Nick, ;)
I really do need to make Billing, by next year I reckon I will have the car pretty much as I want it as well
Must check my timetable for next year.....
No you can't, gets a bit addictive tho lol
nothing worth buying at billing , all the anoraks get in there before anyone else , and all thats left are over priced parts from ireland lol
Why have you ordered a LHD cable, to move the lever to the passenger side? What are you fitting on the drivers side that you need to move it?It p!sses me off on Peugeot that you have to walk round to the passenger side and open the door to pull the bonnet lever, bloody French! With the high probability that the car will break down and the french electrics will eventually catch fire you would have thought they would have put it closer. Mind you, the French dont like us much anyway lol
I ordered it to see if I can hide the cable in the bay, not sure if it will work out yet tho
Maybe use the LHD lever and mount with the longer RHD cable and run it under the wing ;)
Love the collecting of parts. The baby bath is very awesome, Sharon SR's fits and looks great.
Like what your doing with the lhd cable. I did the easier thing of just run it under the wings...
I've always fitted the lhd bonnet pulls, looks far better in the bay, pretty please will you pm me the saloon boot tidy part number?
Thanks rich
Should you choose not to take a knife to the boot tidy will you bear me in mind if you decide to part with it please?
For sure mate I will
TBH Edd it is a totally different shape, there will be not much left of it if you try to make it fit.
I think Graeme maybe buying it off you! It is totally different :(

Still no actual work done lol as I'm mid way through renovating the downstairs of our house, but a small update
Met up with Jeffrey and Neik today, another massive thanks to them both for bringing me more parts, Oh and waffles!!!!!
I've been looking for years for a Irmscher plough, then Jeffrey finds me two!!!
Going to have one I grey and Rich has kindly offered to swap one that was painted with my shell

Also picked up a new grill badge
http://i499.photobucket.com/albums/r...S/DSC_0755.jpg
TBH I can't see me having any time till the new year to do much actual work but you never know
Edd
Oo i like the plough.
Glad you finally got the ploughs.
I keep wondering whether mine would suit one of these or similar.... Wouldn't want a stock snowplough though as their a little too common for my liking.
Nick.
