I have a mag here somewhere from 1993 featuring a mid-engined XE Nova lol

Fella I know built what was probably the first 5 door hatch xe in 91 or 92 I think. They used a wrote off gte as a donor and used the complete loom for the conversion lights dash loom the lot lol back before anyone knew to you could split them.

we did our first around 16/17 years ago now

They used to be hated. Same as Miami Blue.

That was hands down, the worst colour you could have a Nova in. Most conversions were done to higher spec cars at the time though.

I remember this in total vauxhall a few years back owned by some lass and it had all the paper work from when the conversion was done
