Do it if it's for cosmetic reasons.

I've got a minter mint XR2 and i've allways wanted a bra to stop it getting chipped. But for any other reason, stay away !

Its a protective piece of fabric/plastic/whatever that goes over the front of the car to save it from stone chips:

You can get them just for the tip of the bonnet as well.
