i was on passionford and they are getting a team together to go to totb i was just wondering if ne1 else is going to this

Vauxsport sorts out the Vauxhall team, We have a few guys on here who compete though.

does dar compete i would imagine that hes car would do amazing

Dar's car is superb around a track/handling circuit. Totb has top speed and 1/4 mile events, which a lot of power is needed for( i.e. 300-400bhp)

20xe on tb's, so around 180/190 hp at the fly afaik

Ive competed the last two years and enjoyed it. I wont be doing it this year though, I've acheived more than I was hoping for when I first built it so Im in no rush to at the moment to get it to its next stage.

Did Ford have any FWD cars last year? I know there were some cosworths as I raced some :p

i dnt no if they had some last yr but i no tht they are getting together some quick 1`s this yr they really want it to be a ford victory this yr

ah yes now I remember Mr Nick, I tihnk it was you that distracted me. I did a run without turning on my second fuel pump rammed a load of nitrous through almost blowing it up lol Im pretty sure that was after you spoke to me.

did you get any of good runs or the ones I fluffed? Still waiting for the DVD that we get from taking part to arrive as well.

It's a fun day out really, but i soon got bored of all the 9 second Skylines/Subarus/Evos, as the teams that run them have infinite amount of money to throw at them. In some ways it's cars like Phil's that make the day, as it's a singular persons effort that hasn't cost the world to build.

Some of the cars there have had far too much money spent on them and it makes that little bit less fun. Still there are a few there that have been slapped together on someones drive for hardly any money, most of the vauxhall team then lol.
