Does any one know the torque head settings for a 1.4 gls nova plz asap cheers!!!!

your haynes manual(you should have one m8)ifnot nip to halfords and look it up, or just buy one of ebay for a few quid;)

Im out in spain at the mo and the nearest halfords is about 1500 miles away . need settings asap cheers .
