I saw this today in the toilets in the offices for a well known retail group in Leicester, & simply had to share it with you.........

Is it something to do with Muslims washing their feet? It wasn't a mosque you were in was it?

No it wasn't a mosque. The sign is actually a safety sign, it says not to do it because of safety issues.............

pmsl - I had to report some serious chundering in our "shared" works toilet on our 2nd floor today.

the culpret vommed in the sink, left splatter on the side and the mirror and loads of "carrot" in the plug hole!

Our fecilities bods will be well chuffed!

We'll no doubt get a warning email about the health and safety issues of chunder.

Almost as good as the "dont wipe your snot on the cubical doors" one last week.

We have signs in our toilets that basically say you gotta clean them after use. WTF they hire cleaners to clean the toilets, but still the staff have to do their job for them?!

I make a point of going all out (literally) in the works khazi if I've had a curry or anything involving chilli the night before. Asda's own brand chilli nachos proved extremely effective. Make 'em earn their wage! lol

They'd never get away with it if they said no washing your feet, even for religious matters though!! You'd be amazed how the education system bends over backwards for particular religious groups and has to underwrite requests that might offend them for 'health and safety' or 'security' reasons!!

many years ago, our firm was involved in the refurb of an council run old people's home. One bathroom had to be kitted out for 'ethnic' minority use, including a second basin near the toilet for, as the site agent put it, 'for the ethnics to cleanse their hands cos the old ones don't use toilet paper'.

So the young chippy who was doing the stud walls had to fit a support noggin & wrote 'ethnic cleanser' on it. All was going well until the 'Equal Opportunities' & 'Racial Equality' groups turned up for a tour of the facilities.

The job got shut down for a day, & the agent was interviewed by a policeman & several journalists.
