Little draper multi disc cutter. Worked a treat.

Bear in mind youll need a friend holding a vacuum cleaner. The fumes that come off it are evil lol

pmsl i was thinking tidying it all up with fiberglass once cut did you just leave yours

I found an offcut and wedged it down the side lol. It doesnt have to be pretty. I rekon FG is a good option to tidy it up.

I also used a length of ally to secure the floppyness.

yeah thats cool i think i will do it really like the minimal look lolits not going to be a total track car so i will try and tidy it up to look nice cheers BT top man

NP. If i get really poncy i may FG up the end and flock it, but thats way down the list at the mo lol

busy doing mine at the mo cutting dash in half i dont think it will be floppy if u leave the heater matrix in also thinking of flockin but is it hard to keep clean or even clean it

i dont think you would have to clean it i guess you could hoover it because its like felt i think

lol i was asking because im interested in doing my dashboard and want advice, i was going to use black sub carpet, but after reading people say they flock thiers im after opinions, i wasn't making a suggestion lol

well personally i think it would be quite hard to use sub carpet i think it would be really hard to get it looking right

i would say its up to you , you want get the exact same look as a proper but hey it might turn out alright

lol true, but it might look completely gay and someone already knows, doles anyone know where you can get flock from on the internet anyway? i've looked and cant find any in black?
