more wiper probs

I've put my wiper in but I haven't got a clue how to wire it up. does anyone know how to or could point me in the direction of a guide?
oh and what is a t piece or am I just bein stupid?

sorry mate! single wiper on the front I'm talking about. I am using a fiat uno motor and I've got it mounted and everything but I can only get it to have one speed. so I've got wash wipe, intermitant and single speed. I want to get the other speed if thats possible.

the other thing was that I don't know what the t piece is. I thought it was the linking arm between the standard motor and the arm but with the uno motor it's mounted underneath the scuttle. so I'm not sure what to cut.

sorry if none of this makes sense coz it doesn't to me :D
