shaving the door handles

i can get hold of 50lbs door solenoids for the doors and can smooth the handels off but what else do i need for the door to open.
hydrolic arm?
and does ne1 know how to do this.

just put them on for mot

buy spare doors and mod the new ones but leave the old ones as they are - put old ones on for mot day and then swap back.
pain in the wotsit but keeps your car looking mint 364 days a year.
