hi im just wondering what diffrence a Quickshift Gear Linkage would give me and can i fit one oftheses 2 a mk1 1.2

Yeah you should be able to fit one, all Nova linkages are the same (i think?).
It would mean you'd have lees travel on the gear lever between shifts, might shave 0.01 off your 0 - 60 time !!

ha ha i dont want it for that its just mines fooked in my nova i did have a normal gearlinkage in my shead but cant find it
