i finally found a shop that sells it near my house

opens it up

sees ian searles peppermint valver (again groan), then i noticed the rust in the engine bay:D
then i noticed the huge scabs on the back arches :D :D
then on the drivers door there seams to be another scab in the middle :D :D :D

that car should not be featured like that, theres plenty of novas from this site in far better condition than that (it only wins the concourse stuff cos its never driven)
how can a car rust like that when its never driven? (cos its a shed :P)

and then i move onto the black nova, nice and shiney but shite rear spoiler and front bumper.

it took me months to find a copy and when i do its crap

wait till nxt month!my car should be in the rollin road shoot out if not its in the month afters! look for the black nova with a sr badge on the grille but lack of 1300cc!! typical my car ran shite that day 99bhp! suprised it can pull off my drive with that lowa bhp! shuld hav done 125ish but throttle switch is mashed=no fuel afta 5000rpm and cam was out of tune:(
i find i can read tot vauxhall in 15mins then im bored of it!

Damn, you guys beat me to it!! Only copped hold of a copy this morning.

It doesn't paint a pretty picture does it!! rust everywhere on that. I thought the Daventry Bodyshop was meant to be the best?!

I do like Kev Grice's old Astra though, would love to find out how much he sold it for!!

If you've got a rustbucket you can spray it as many times as u like and it'll still keep coming thru.
I replaced a door on mine. There was about 1 inch square rust bubble on the outside aound the lock. On the inside the rust covered nearly a square foot!!
