View Full Version : Few pics of my car
I got some pics of my car on saturday. It's all ready to go, it's been run in and is just waiting the rolling road session and tune which is happening on thursday. I shall get some video footage and provided im happy with the results I shall post the video, lol.

Thanks to everyone thats helped me with the car, CP, Mark Curtis, Cambridge, Dan, Chris_T, Breeny (for the countless lifts to the bodyshop) and everyone else.
Hopefully I'll be able to enjoy before my girlfriend forces me to sell it, lol.
Cheers
Jim

very smart mate, its gleaming, top job, well done :D
nice one jim looks smart
deffinatly worth the wait
Cheers for the comments guys :)
Karl, I'll be keeping my eye on you...those harnesses cost me enough so dont want them to go walk about :P
Broody, didnt fancy the 16v. Besides I had a strong 8v engine already, so wanted to see how much more we could get out of it.
Aamir, I'm really pleased with the boot floor, the bodyshop did a good job on it.
Camb, you'll no doubt get a ride in it, or possibly get to take it for a spin yourself :)
Cheers guys

Just one thing,am i seing things or dose your passenger seat look a bit out of upright mate? :? not sure if its my eyes(got a nasty cold) lol
Good luck for tomorrow mate.
scott
LOL, cheers Scott. It could well be a little too upright, but i dont know, i dont tend to sit in the passenger seat ;)
I'll ask CP tomorrow, he's coming with me to the RR, so i'll soon find out how uncomfortable it is, lol.
Jim
I do like it, it does look very shiny, plenty of coats of lauquer i take it.
Is it going to be a garaged Show car or a everyday use car?

As far as I know it's just a deep gloss black (I assume 2-pack) finish.
I'm not sure how much I'll use it, but obviously I dont want it getting fcuked before the shows.
