Got a scrapped GTE for a few panels for my Own GTE, ie wings and a back bumper(due to former owner's wifes reversing). The engine, box and interior's gone but the rests there.

1. Are the anti roll bars worth fitting to my SX Van?
2. Are the brakes any better than a Cav Sri setup (coming soon)?
3. Are there any other bits i should consider swapping over while I'm at it?
4. Does anyone want a crap GTE Shell with all the good bits taken off it? :D

GTE brakes are vented but not sure if there worth it, unless you do alot of heavy braking and get brake fade?

I would go for the arbs if your have alloys on the SXi :D

1. depends on your suspention set up on your car!!
2. the gte brakes are poor, better off with the ATE calipers and disks.
3. interior, bumpers, side skirts, engine dash. the list goes on.......
4. no

ATE, what calipars are they? Yeah, an aweful lot of heavy Breaking.
Lowered 60mm, Eibach Springs ans Gas Shax
Interior's gone, bumpers gone, Have skirts, engines gone, Have a MK2 Dash with Rev counter although I should keep the clocks anyway.

Ah go on Broos3. You'd really like the shell, its got lots of lightweight rust and special green mould.

ATE are 254mm diam, 24mm thick, disc brakes you find on 2.0 16v astra's and cav's.

You will find them on quite a few 2.0 8v's aswell i believe.
