View Full Version : help needed with sri head.
i've got a sri head to put on my 1400 sr. the only problem i have is that there is a hole on the dizzy side of the sri head. the same hole is present on the sr head but it has a blank in it. the sri one looks like it should have a sensor in it or somthing like that.(it's threaded)
the gte engine is more than likely the same but i couldn't see anything about it in haynes.
how do i proceede? any ideas?
cheers
ben.

find an SRi or GTE/GSi in the scrap yard and pull the temp sender off it
are u fitting twin carbs?
or have u got a 1300 manifold matched upto the sri head?
