heated seats wiring/relay

i have been following the wiring diagram from nova-land.com, it says use a relay from the ring foglight set..however i have a whole cav gsi's worth of relays could i use one of these?? i need a realy with the points 30/51,85,87,88 the closest i could find is 30,85,86,87 can i use this ?? any help appreciated....

the standard cav/cally setup doesn't use relays

If its in a mk2 there is a space spare in the fuse box designated for heated seats already

No relay should be required- i put these in mine and certainly didnt use one

this is mike oxford - cant be arsed to log out of neils account and in to mine - im at his yard

relay isnt vital.

only reason i did it was to ensure that i wasnt switched a high amperage. i didnt know how much amperes went through it aty the time you see.

a relay is good if you can wire it in, as it gives a little bit of protection on the circuit.

if you cant do it dont bother
