get a rubber inpregnated cork one

Where can such things be found? (Don't actually think mine has a gasket :? )

when you stick the new one on dont - as i found out after going through two gaskets - tighten the bolts too hard... as it squashes the gasket too much and oil pisses everywhere. there is no torque setting in the haynes i dont think.., well i couldnt find it anyway.
