If i Just put a pipe from my manifold to the back box with no bends in it will give more power, and it should give lots of sound wont it:?:
:D P.S. its not for road use :D
it will probably still have to bend round the rear beam will it not?

and the gearstick turret which is in the exhaust tunnel.
The engine needs back pressure. you'll lose power. You'll definately get sounds, but not nice sounds.
The exhaust bends where it has to - round the rear beam.
Get a 4 branch manifold for propper results

it aint possible to have a straight zorst all the way 2 the back! it will foul the gearbox not 2 mention the rear suspension beam. if it aint for road try removing the center box, but better still spend the money and get a four branch and system to the back.

on a grasser 2.0 8v we used to have we fitted a carlton downpipe and exited the exhaust through the side of the front bumper!

You won't lose power with a straight through exhaust! You'll gain it! You need back pressure for good Torque, not maximum power.
