Painting alloys

Hi guys I know it's not a nova but my vectra alloys r ready for a paint I've painted them black but rare a bit chipped now I just want to know it I give them I good rub down will I need to prime them or am I okay just painting them black again

if you rub then down you should be alight to go over them without priming, might be worth a coat of lacquer to protect it too

agreed. should have a better finish too, the work would be guaranteed (if you went to a reputable place) and it wouldn't cost too much either.

Is the powdercoat also good for aluminium alloys? If I know well it's not!

yeah would be fine, I've just had an aluminium bike frame coated and its sooooo strong!!
