Cheers guy's next thing to do is fit everything to the doors and boot,new brake line's and put the car back on axil stands and get all the running gear and little parts off to powder coat. also need to sort out a roof cloth shortly.

yeah craig its astra Vxr olympic white the Pic's aren't that great but it is noticeably brighter than glacier white.
will get better Pic's up once get better weather.

got couple things done to the nova rear bumper is properly fitted, door handles and mirror brackets painted satin black, fitted front window's and electric window motors. also put the window surrounds away to get properly painted as couple little dents in them.

also fitted Avo coilovers and softstar's just for a look.lol

well got the nova out thecorner and on to the ramp for doing brake lines fuel lines etc also started painting floor will be taking tank lines and rear heat shield off tommorow to get in abouts to everything

softstar's Are sold anyways mate the boy that took my sri nova is buying them it's running comp's when back on the road just there the only wheels that currently have tyres on the now but will have tyres on the seedline's Thro next week so more Pic's.lol

well got the fuel/brake lines off also the tank is off finished the floor in white bought new fuel pipe and brake pipe shaped and painted both and will have them fitted tommorow but heres some pics of the floor done.

well my bumper tape came also painted the gear selector silver and fitted the new fuel lines the brake lines are done aswell but staying off till do disk beam conversion also possibly have 280mm 4 pot wilwood rears so will defo need a bias valve now.lol

just need a front panel and 1 inner wing then ive got all the bits, should have them by febuary, i'll just get beasted into it and blast it in a few weeks with the help of a few good mate hopefully.

looking up and researching different aftermarket standalone management now for running the T25, low boost and reliable with spacer plate for now then forged internals and headwork later,

the moto is; fail to prepair then prepair to fail, its not a small job so just trying to eliminate any problems before i start,

its should be bout 290bhp at the minute evo 5 chips, xe cam with vernier pully, hybrid turbo, and a few other mods al get the pics up as soon as a can

well whilst the interior is awaitin a roof cloth and trimmed gonna start working on the engine so ordered some parts
arp's have came so have uprated shells and cometic head gasket awaiting the piston rings gasket sets and other bits and bobs

need to order a z20let oilpump and pickup pipe will have pics up shortly of progress

finally sorted out rebuild parts for the engine so plan to make a start on that shortly just been really busy with other stuff but need to get a move on for the shows.lol

the wheels are 16'' mate and no they dont seem 2 rub on coilovers but never had it out yet so might rub whilst on road? Have you had this problem? As also have et45 16'' comps could use if this is going 2 b a problem.

Same here mate,I did take a deposit on my engine and box,then just couldn't part with breaking the car up,the guy understood what I was doing,he had done the same before,plus the thing that I always look at is,all the late nights and hard graft gone into,man hours,always gets me back at the car again

well done a couple bits and bob's to the nova got the heater fitted the plastic trim that covers that is on also painted the servo removed the front running gear for powder coating
Also got a couple new little parts
New nuts and bolts for wings suspension etc
Bonnet stay fixing part
Headlight clips
Side skirt clips
Rubbers that go on the front of the wings to line bonnet with wings
Spring and catch for closing bonnet

Got all that fitted aswell.

have just purchased a c20let out of my mates astra he is breaking it has vxr injectors
Eds phase 2 ecu software genuine
Hybrid turbo
Fmic
2.5 system
Uprated fuel pump
Regal inlet
Billet flywheel

Poss mist out couple things print out for 289bhp i plan to give it a freshen up xe cam and full service then fit it to the nova with the f28 just need a decent clutch and a diff now :-)

Also the parts go for powder coating on monday so wheel's running gear and bits and bob's should be lyk new :-)

got a couple more things done to the nova today engine is mounted need to fit the rest of new brake lines then refit inlet manifold then just plumb the engine in :)
Also which intercooler is best for nova to avoid cutting the front bumper as think mine's gonna be too tight :( but myt manage it.

well been back up tonight plan was to do the wiring but remembered when went to put the loom in to the car that i hadent cut the 2" hole in to the bulkhead :( so had to get the whole saw out cut a hole then spray the hole with redoxide and then white so another nyt wasted :(

Got my f28 linkage fitted also replaced all the bushes in it
Connected up the starter and alt loom up
Connected speedo and clutch
Waiting on inlet and exhaust gaskets once get them can fit inlet and complete the wire'n and see if it runs :)

Hi mate well not really hardly been near it still waiting on bushes to fit running gear still waiting on exhaust

But in the middle of attempting to fit the radiator and intercooler the now but can't seem to fit rad in for the turbo even repositioning it doesn't seem likely any ideas? As I'm not cutting bumper! Don't mind cutting front panel tho.

Take a look in my thread for pics without the bumper on and or front end stripped. It shows the relocated holes to centralise the radiator/bring it forward. And it also shows the bar that was made to hang the intercooler from. Very simple yet effective ideas that worked great. May give you a helping hand!

oh also just won the eaton m62 supercharger kit for c20let off of ebay so waiting to hear bk from the owner and will keep yous updated on that.
has anyone had or know of anyother supercharged lets? as would like to know a couple things like im currantly running 2.5 eds ecu would that still be ok or would i need a live map? also what sorta internals would i need and will the charger cause the engine much strain? any help would be good as unsure just seen it and wanted it.lol
