ive put my new k&n panel filter in today which i got cheap and its brand new still in bag and box so thats a good buy lol.and ive gave her a good wax yesterday and today so as far as the project goes im all done id say.ive got her booked in on tues for its MOT so lets hope it will pass and i should have a fuel pump by tomoz thanks to let_nova.. then it will be all ready for VBOA....just a few pics after a clean and one of the k&n lol:thumb:

Personaly im a mk 1 man, but i do like mk 2's ...to be fair tho ..i love this :) ..beautiful mate , mk2 perfection IMO :thumb: and i know what you mean about taking the double sided tape off the back of the rub strips..i had to do it for my SR when it was painted lol. !!

i had a white sri for my first car and a mate of mine had a red sri at the same time rot got the better of mine tho:cry:

T/S sunroof was standard IIRC, doesn't mean you couldn't spec without though. No idea where my brochure is otherwise I'd check :)

My mates SR was a good one, last of the mk1's on cross over, was a H plate 90 mk1 with 1.4 SR, rainbow seats, tilt slide S/roof full electrics on it lol

Shame it rotted lots, thou benjigsi8v on here bought it as his first nova, only found that out last year at combe when i was talking to him!

Anyway, its still an ace SRi mate.

But according to the brochure it was an option for the sunroof, just seems MOST opted for this.

How do you know yours wasn't registered late?

The late ones all ran a coilpack. Mine (with coilpack) was registered Jan 1993 so would have been made late 92, yours must have been made early in 92 at least.
