Didn't you have some to sell or are they yours?

I have some to sell but there not advertised anywhere - Mine's don't have glass atm but have been shaped to look like Nova mirrors not just ones with the ends hacked off them

£30 and reserve not met? lollol how much does he expect them to go for when there is a thread on this site telling you how to make them.

No idea lol - Still worth a fair bit of money as there a pain to do

Mine's are lying 'complete' looking but need some finishing and glass made up

Bought some reflective plastic and it was utter s*it - Kept cracking every time I tried to cut it to shape...

Not the best but OK for a 1st attempt I reckon:

So......'trying not to sound stupid'.....what's actually wrong with the ebay ones?

vaughanmc

One end has been hacked off instead of having them cut in the middle and joined up so the angle of the mirrors is still there

Mark

Oh I see....didn't think they looked to bad to be fair..lol

vaughanmc

They do look good but the angled line should come down to about a 45 degree curve and go along the bottom of the mirror

Those one's have been cut down one side leaving a straight line and no curve bit at the bottom

Hard to explain but that's how they've been done

Looks incorrect

hhhmn....I was only considering them to reduce drag

Shorty/stubby mirrors look rediculous imo! lol

The nove would need the middle cutting out and rejoining a few feet narrower to make them work! :thumb:

+ve rep for this man. :thumb: They're totally out of proprtion with the car. The thing that always makes me laugh is that the standard sized ones aren't exactly huge. lol

I think the look pretty good. They still adjust and have glass so not a bad effort really.

I disagree, GSi's don't wear them particularly well, but on a car without skirts or colour coded bumpers they look spot on IMO.

First thing I ever wanted to do to a Nova when I looked at it in view of modifying the style. Then Fearless made some.

My 1st pair.

They do look very good the one's on eBay - I think they take away the 'big ear' effect to a Nova when you look at it from the front on

Everyone's allowed there opinion though, I'll keep an eye on the ones on eBay

Colin Smith's were the last best set to be sold IMO

Not seen any others with glass forsale
