I feel there a lot better without the front ARB but a front strut brace is a must

I've put mines back on with the air-filter from the orange Nova - Theres less twitchy'ness from the front end :)

started getting painted yesterday not putting pics up till all done. got some mirrors yesterday so i can make a start on some stubbys.

the burgandy nova is smart

front arb will be staying as cant be bothered removing it and i like the front strut as it tidyies up my engine bay.

lol nearly just the mot to go and me with my driving test.

still got some wee bits to do on the car to make it complete but its such a good feeling to see it all painted again.

fit standard rear lights for mot
fix front bumper as it doesnt sit right
flatten and polish passenger side


and i just ordered from the png shop some genuine gsi stickers. also going to refurb my softstars star silver and fit new 195/45/16s but for now the sr steels will be on.

will have some more pics at weekend folks.

well took it for its mot and failed on rear number plate light and exhaust emmissions. not bad that its been sitting for 2 years so got it rebooked in and a new lamba sensor ordered.

haha got some clamps yesterday and im going try get it fitting properly. might need to remove the exhaust head sheild tho. need a centre section too as its very low and bumpy and was at asdas last night and the pipe from the cat to the centre box is not connected, sounds like a tractor

Chassis is twisted he told me, front slam panel is touching the engine which can only mean it was hit with a decent force and possibly the inner wings/chassis legs will be well bent

yeah guys i bent the car. come down a hill, back end stepped out, slide and ran into a polo that hit a fiesta. am really gutted only just got my digi dash fitted that day.

yeah shell aint repairable front end is ****ed will put pics at some point.

salvagable parts are probs slabs, gsi interior and maybe lowering kit and doors.

left the car at accident spot overnite to come home the next morning to have thugs smash my windows and steal my cd player.

well the silver mk1 is prov sold to one of my mates and my dad is pissed of with has said am no getting near the mk1 after what had happened to mine. dont know wat to do atm, yeah my dad wanted crazy money for that nova but am no getting involved with that.

yeah ive been offered cles for 500 need to have a good long hard think.

been pretty shaken up about it and actually well and trully gutted about my car being fuked. my insurance will be sky high now so only time will tell.

my birds been to hospital shes been checked out and shes tore some mucles where the seat belt holded her in place round the waist, were both ok tho. thankfully.
