I hate how they look so bloody messy though when the Mantzel units are fit, not too worry though it will give me something to tidy up.
http://i345.photobucket.com/albums/p379/SOUTHIE01/MINE/IMG_0654.jpg
Also got me a pipe fit (Rickys dog's chew lol ) which was the correct angle and fitment for the AFM and K&N
http://i345.photobucket.com/albums/p379/SOUTHIE01/MINE/IMG_0653.jpg
I've knackered the speed sensor though so could do with a 1.2 spi one ASAP if anyone has one.
Next the plans are to tidy that rocker up as it's a fecking disgrace, also wash that washer bottle the oily thing, oh and get another pipe rather than a dog chew. lol
Looking good there dude, can you not just photoshop a new sensor in there lol
There was an SPi more door loon in a scrappers near me, ill go for a spy and see if its still there at weekend for the transducer for ya bud:thumb:
i think ive got a couple kicking about - god knows where tho, ill have a look tomorrow

Hello peoples lol
Well thought I'd update this as it's been long overdue.
Basically I've run her through the winter and all has been good, last week I had my rear wheel bearings done as they were totally shafted and also had a new two handbrake cables fitted, oh and two cv boots as they were shafted but all standard stuff but still needed.
Next month is mot time so I've got a few things left to sort:
1. Antiroll bar bushes
2. Matching 4 spokes. (waiting for two new tyres)
3. Need another oil sender as it's peeing out :(
4. Wiper blades
5. Adjust headlights (problem the adjusters have pulled through onthe white clips)
Anyway that's it, oh insurance is up also arrrrr :(
Well that's it for now.
Pics from last month all cleaned up.

I've decided to keep the 4 spokes.

Looks very nice dude, what interior do you have in this? never seen inside it.
Scott
Looks good, you've done well to keep it looking that nice seeing as it's used daily.

Scott I have all the original 1.2 interior still in it, it's a grey colour. Only thing wrong with it is the drivers seat has a cig burn in it and also needs a good clean.
Edd as I only did 6000 this year is probably why I still have it looking so clean.
The underside is all still brilliant thankfully as well.
Cheers :)
Something is wrong....
Its a baby XE and its not sat on a drive in bits?
Loves you.

So at last I've now matching alloys lol How long lol

Also fitted twin fog lights to the rear which I've had 4 years so thought I'd try them.

Cheers Vaughan, I need to do the wiring loom like Burgos done so it gets shut of all the silly wiring that seems to distract the bay.
Also this weekend I'm going to put back the original orange indicators on the front back in as I think it will suit the car better, it's taken me far too long to realise this btw. ;)
christ wish my bay was as tidy as that lol mines 100 times worse haha
looking good :thumb: and 4 alloys the same you feeling alright?? :)

Slam panel is the headlamp end. Tuck the harness under the slam & hide the headlamp wires etc.
Jimbo it's been hard to get it looking slightly clean and yet I'm I'll, and Burgo stop being cruel, oh is yours running yet :pno i been poorlies :( and lots of work to do before putting the fuel tank in, if it was for the fuel tank though i could have it running in 30 mins :p. thought i had a pic of what i mean with the slam panel, sure you know what i mean though
*edit* like so

Update:
She's broke lol Had her break down last week after not using it for a week and started running on three, so I thought; well actually it was two but still got it too a garage.
I'd thought it was maybe a knackered valve but it's turned out to be the damn headgasket AGAIN ffs. I've only done 2500 miles in 8 months since the gasket was done last time  It was supposed to have a genuine GM gasket on but I'll find out in a day or two but hopefully I'll get the Nova back this weekend.
It's hard running a Nova as a daily but not to worry, I'll keep you all updated, oh no Billing now though :( absolutely gutted.
