My mates just got one from Costco too. Although he is yet to use it. Same as my Arcan one that I gave about £240 plus delivery for . Wsh mine was £80.

It's stood the test of time though now, easily 3 years old. Can't beat em

    Loving the build BTW mate.

Well i had a steel 3tonne black metal one from costco (its in the pics some were) it is low lift but weights about the same as it can lift so when i saw this light weight one i thought that would be ideal for pit use while on track etc so win win really

Well after a very eventful week/weekend involving getting a new job and, then facing the fact i'm going to have to move to Hampshire (near Bournemouth) for said job and, then having a panic car boot sale to shift some junk i have actually managed to make a small amount of progress with the car.
The new job is with a company called universal turbos the money and the prospects are considerably better than in my current job so that justifies the move really, anyway progress

Finally picked up some more expanding foam and finished off the o/s rear arch

Then i got thinking about what i was going to do fuel filler wise as the new wide arches didn't have a filler cap facility. Originally i was going to buy a flush fit fuel cap but the cheapest i could find that met my needs was around £80 so, i thought funk that, consiquently i have adapted the old one and now the filler sits inside the drivers door (a favourit position when relocating the filler)

The old filler after a good clean up

    A minor alteration

A new hole in the inner wing

Then with the addition of another piece of pipe with a 45deg bend and some hose it now looks like this

Once it was all fitted up and sitting comftable i took it all apart again for some paint - i only got as far as priming but at least i know thats that sorted

    pipes primed

During this process (in order to get the filler pipes lined up) i also cleaned up and fitted the fuel tank

Now the tank was in position i could fit the fuel lines and low pressure facet to the car

Facet pump with the fittings fitted with pipe seal (none of the ptfe shoit)

And the pump mounted in its new home, behind the drivers seat

I have chosen this mounting position against the favoured chassis leg mounting position under the car for a couple of reasons, firstly because the pump is designed to opperate sitting this way up and secondly and most importantly there wasn't a suitable mounting position under the car as the space behind the rear axle will be filled with an air deffuser (hopefully) - i'm happy with it here and i will enlighten you all to the pipe work strategy once i have some new fuel hose.

    Thanks for looking

You'll be in the best Mig region when you move down...

Filler is done the same as mine is, smell of fuel is annoying, but it might just be my set up..
